Hello!

I am a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and Medical Acupuncturist, based in Shortlands, Bromley. Here to help with your niggles, aches, and pains!

Having grown up playing sports and keeping active, I am no stranger to injury and understand the need for body work to aid in recovery, and more importantly, prevent injury. 

I also have two young children and know the demand being a parent puts on our bodies. Treatment and regeneration is important regardless of injury, or the level of activity you participate in, be it sports or chasing after little ones. Daily stresses, movement patterns, posture and the like, can all attribute to disruptions in a person's overall well being, often showing up as a physical symptom first. 

I offer soft tissue bodywork - deep tissue, sports, remedial, pre and post-natal massage, acupuncture and dry needling - pulling from various therapies such as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and osteopathic techniques. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and training, enabling me to offer my clients the most effective treatment, tailored to their body's needs.

£45 for 45 minute treatment 

£60 for 60 minute treatment

£70 for 75 minute treatment

£80 for 90 minute treatment
